Jessica Anselmo Williams has been a lifelong equestrian in the Hudson Valley with extensive competition and work experience in the industry.  Jessica graduated from Centenary College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies.  During her years there, she was captain of the IHSA Hunt Seat Team and led her team to win the National Championship in 2009.  During her years at Centenary, Jessica worked for Olympian Todd Minikus and held other positions such as in-gate manager at Old Salem, Sussex and Gardnertown Farm.  Jessica spent three years at Cloud 9 Farm in Pittstown, NJ rehabilitating performance horses to return to the show ring.  After graduation, Jessica spent time working alongside Robin Fairclough managing Top Brass Farm at home and on the “A” circuit. Jessica spent three years in Savannah, Georgia working for SCAD as Associate Director of Equestrian Programs.

Jessica is very involved and committed to her local horse community.  Jessica is the President for the Western Hudson Valley PHA (WHVPHA), for which her students are active and competitive members.  She is also a longstanding IEA Zone Region President, and has qualified riders and a team to National Finals ten years in a row.  In 2018 Jessica coached the Lucky C IEA Team to a National Title.

Jessica’s vision in starting Hope Equestrian was to provide an environment for her students to learn and develop into talented and successful riders, who maintain a high regard for horsemanship.  She welcomes the opportunity to work with riders of all levels and ages, and customizing a program to meet their goals within the Hope Equestrian family.
